Macramé is big news right now, which I’m sure is not unrelated to the massive popularity of houseplants thanks to Instagram and Pinterest. I love houseplants. They are an inexpensive way to freshen up your home (literally, plants purify the air) I think they look best when grouped together for maximum visual impact. What I love about macramé it that it looks very intricate but really, you’re just repeating the same few knots (many, many times!) Even a beginner should be able to make a basic hanging plant holder in under thirty minutes
